Building a family through adoption can be expensive. We don't want an up front lack of finances to derail our plans of expanding our family because we have faith in knowing God will provide.

 

Our dreams for adopting are to grow our family in the way we believe that God has intended. Our desire to parent began long before we were married. We've both always wanted a family full of love, nurture, laughter, and a strong faith in God. Over our eighteen years together we have been through many difficult circumstances but they have only helped to draw us closer to God and each other, and to more clearly see God’s vision for our future.

 

Our battle with infertility started long before we ever planned to build a family, when in 1996 a tumor took Adri’s right ovary and fallopian tube. This was the first time in our relationship that we came to realize that when the timing was right we may not be able to biologically have children. After we were married several miscarriages, years of infertility testing and treatments, allergic reactions, and a brain surgery lead us to finally see what God had in store for our family.

 

All along this decade long journey God was leading us towards adoption. We finally clearly saw God’s plan for our family; a plan that would include children from different backgrounds and situations being added to one family to create one unique symbol of love and a reflection of God’s amazing grace.

 

We completed our first adoption in the fall of 2011 and are ready to grow our family again. We thank you for praying for our family as we continue down this path in a search for Bliss.
